RETURNS POLICY

At That Girl The Collection we’ll try to accommodate you as a customer the best way possible in regards to issuing refunds or making exchanges. Within 7 business days of receiving your order, all refunds and exchanges may be honored at the discretion of That Girl the Collection. However, no exchanges or refunds will be granted if the product has been altered in any way or removed from its original packaging.

SHIPPING

At ThatGirl The Collection we try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within two business days after placing your order. After processing time your orders will be shipped & a tracking number will be emailed to you. All orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days & express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Business days is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) , any order placed after 5pm on Friday will be processed on the next business day (the following Monday); we do not ship on the weekends. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; if a P.O. Box is entered in the shipping section, your order will be canceled.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packaging or deliveries to the wrong address. As the customer, it is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct shipping and billing address; please make sure you double check the address before placing the order because once it is placed no changes can be made on our end. Please also provide the correct email and phone number.
